📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, email marketing, and content creation.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events and promotions.
• Support the marketing team in managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the company's brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing in the marketing field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or communication is a plus.
