📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote the importance of English language learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of our students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
• Attend and contribute to professional development workshops and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language or Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum for English language education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).
