📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present Sharia-compliant financial solutions to bank partners and their customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of financial solutions.
• Provide training and support to bank partners on Sharia-compliant financial products.
• Monitor and report on the performance of financial solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Sharia-compliant financial services.
• Maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Sharia-compliant financial products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of bancassurance and financial services industry best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
