📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities in the target market,Conduct market research and analysis to understand buyer preferences and market trends,Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions with clients and stakeholders,Prepare and present sales proposals, including market analysis, property details, and financial projections,Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts,Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly,Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field,Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Bali, Indonesia,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages,Familiarity with real estate software and tools,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
