📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax withholdings, and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Process recruitment and onboarding activities, including document verification and orientation.
• Manage leave and attendance, including approvals, rejections, and leave balances.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payslips and other payroll-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payroll and HR-related queries.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and payroll teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Workday, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
