📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist experienced teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to students with special needs.
• Observe and document student interactions and learning progress.
• Provide support to students during lessons, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement educational strategies.
• Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in special needs education.
• Participate in school events and activities to support the overall educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including child protection measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom and Seesaw.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
