As a Licensed Real Estate Negotiator / Property Agent, you will be responsible for negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients find the perfect property to suit their needs.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to help our clients buy, sell, or rent properties in Bali’s most desirable locations, including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible terms and conditions.
• Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process.
• Conduct property valuations and market analyses to ensure that our clients make informed decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the Bali real estate industry.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Attend open houses, property viewings, and other events to showcase properties and meet potential clients.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media content.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing transactions and market activity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one in Bali.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Negotiator / Property Agent, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the industry.
• A strong understanding of the Bali real estate market, including local laws, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with real estate software, such as MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
