📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other financial systems.
• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support the development and implementation of cost accounting processes and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on inventory and cost accounting practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory and cost accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory and cost accounting, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Proficient in SAP and other financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in CMA, CPA, or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
