📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute high-impact e-commerce campaigns on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize product listings and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to drive insights and improve campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are effective and efficient.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for driving sales and customer engagement.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing e-commerce campaigns on leading marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Certification in Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
