📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure the site is maintained in a safe and clean condition, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance and productivity.,Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Handle any customer complaints or issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas for improvement.,Ensure all site documentation is up to date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving site performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
