🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of successfully implementing learning and development programs.,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
