📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
