📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
