In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
