📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and systems,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements,Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners,Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors to the workplace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
