Material Team Manager (Purchasing Manager)

Plexus is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Material Team Manager (Purchasing Manager) to take charge of our procurement division. As a key leader within the organization, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the Purchasing team, driving the continuous improvement of our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support our production and operational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Purchasing team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and operational needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance our supply chain.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing procurement teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in procurement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
