📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
