📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Lead and motivate a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure consistent brand standards across all stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
