📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with auditors and external accountants for audit purposes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
