📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of accountants to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial planning.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Proven experience in managing a team of accountants.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
