PT Hasta Teratai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good condition.,Plan and coordinate routes to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce transportation costs.,Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and maintenance needs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.,Train and mentor new drivers to ensure they meet company standards.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of route planning and optimization software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
