📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and hematology analyzers.
- Perform routine laboratory tests including blood tests, urine tests, and microbiology tests.
- Manage reagent inventory and ensure timely restocking.
- Record and analyze test results using laboratory software such as LabSoft and Epic.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Assist in quality control processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification in laboratory techniques, such as ASCP or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft and Epic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
