📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage and train kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Handle inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
