📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize sea freight routes using advanced logistics software such as Kuehne & Nagel's proprietary system and other industry-standard tools like SeaRates and Freightos.
• Conduct extra checks and verifications to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics issues and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on sea freight routing and logistics strategies.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in sea logistics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics processes and technologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in sea logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea logistics or a related field, with a strong background in route optimization and freight forwarding.
• Certification in sea logistics or maritime operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
