The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet vehicles.,Schedule routine maintenance and repairs, and ensure timely servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Track vehicle performance and generate reports for management.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with local and national regulations.,Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
