📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Conduct job interviews and evaluate candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Recruitment Specialist in managing recruitment projects.,Assist in the development of job descriptions and person specifications.,Conduct research to identify potential candidates and job markets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
