Glow Bay Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality education and providing support to students in their learning journey.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons and tutorials.,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.,Assist in the development and implementation of teaching materials and resources.,Support students in developing study skills and time management techniques.,Assist in the organization and administration of tutoring sessions and activities.,Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Experience in teaching or tutoring students is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.,Willingness to travel and work in Pematangsiantar.
