📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen clean-up and maintenance tasks.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent.
