📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of luxury residential projects in Bali, including property acquisition, development, and marketing.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-end clients and investors.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.,Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and report to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's portfolio in Bali.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury residential real estate industry, preferably in Bali.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing luxury residential projects.,Strong knowledge of the local market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with property management software and industry tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
