📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the remote outlet, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Manage budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a remote or e-commerce setting.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and e-commerce platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
