TRACE Group is looking for a talented and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees' development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
