📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
