Prime Tech Group is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Tanjung Balai. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resource needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in a multicultural or multilingual environment is a plus.
