📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for their routes.,Monitor and track delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and performance metrics.,Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns related to delivery.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of delivery services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
