Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and growth,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role,Proven track record of success in driving sales and growth,Strong interpersonal and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
