📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to senior management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Plan and execute branch events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
